Our chef-driven riff on the viral Food & Wine cheddar toast trend. We substitute basic sourdough with thick-cut slices of our house-crafted artisan Filone bread, toasted crisp and slathered with fluffy Amish roll butter whipped with melted Fontina, sharp Locatelli Parm, and fresh farm herbs. Layered with thick, juicy salted tomatoes and finished with a fragrant dusting of wild fennel "pollen". Garnished with salsa verde.
